Who is B4A
The B4A Foundation is a student-run non-profit organization that works to deliver books to underprivileged families, schools, and Native American Reservations that lack access to literature. Already, B4A has gained the support from many communities such as schools, libraries, and other organizations.
What's Going On ?
Despite the bore for books amongst many students, others do not have access to them at all. According to Scholastic, “Although low-income children have, on average, four children’s books in their homes, …nearly two-thirds—or 61 percent of the low-income families they studied—owned no books for their children”.
It is time for that to change.
